Dura-Seal^® EPDM Single-Ply Waterproofing Membrane is a lightweight, durable and weatherproof waterproofing membrane perfect for a wide variety of applications. Its advantages include excellent weatherability, impermeable to water, economical and easy to install, etc. Typical areas of applications are roof decks, wall foundations, tunnels, foundation pile and geosynthetic liner for lakes, channels and irrigation system.

Dura-Seal^® Cement Modifier/Bonding Agent is composed of modified PMMA emulsion. It is specially designed for use with cement mortars to improve the impact, tensile, flexural, compressive, adhesive strength and waterproofness of cement mortars. Dura-Seal^®modified cement mortars have proven great performance in bonding to concrete surfaces, ceramic tiles, insulation foams such as EPS/rigid PU boards.

Dura-Seal^®Modified Cement Mortar Flooring is composed of modified PMMA emulsion and special chemicals. It is specially designed for use with cement mortars to improve the impact, tensile, flexural, compressive, adhesive strength and waterproofness of cement mortars. Dura-Seal^®Modified Cement Mortar Flooring is also self-leveling. Typical areas of application include resurfacing of existing floors or roof decks, underlayment for epoxy flooring, parking garages, sports surface and flooring of manufacturing facilities.

Dura-Seal^®Elastic Cementitious Waterproofing Membrane is a special liquid polymer which when cured with cement posssesses excellent elasticity, waterproofness, tensile strength, corrosion resistance, etc. It can be applied on old and new concretes and whether the surface is wet or not. Typical applications are roof decks, bathrooms, foundation walls, terraces, swimming pools, exterior walls, basement parking garages and steel structures.

Dura-Seal^® Cement Based Waterproof Coating is an inorganic cement based, single component heavy duty coating. It is breathable and capillary which makes it suitable for both positive and negative water pressure. Dura-Seal^® Cement Based Waterproof Mortar is a powder form additive composed of inorganic ingredients used in cement mortar or concrete for waterproofing. When cement mortar or concrete is modified by FC-310T, they absorb very little amount of water. It is also breathable which makes it suitable for both positive and negative water pressure. Typical applications include water tanks, swimming pools and basements.

Dura-Seal^®Water Repellent is a modern-age remedy which prevents dampness and moisture for cement and tiles. When applied, it penetrates easily into the substrate and becomes an integral part of the structure. Therefore, it does not form a visible film like other coatings making it suitable for partial waterproofing treatment. Since it is within the substrate, it does not only serve as a moisture barrier, but also as a protector against airborne dirt and impurities. Typical applications include interior and exterior walls of buildings(cement or brick), cemented bridges, parking lots, open-air stadia and other structures which are easily exposed to bad weather conditions.

Dura-Seal^® PU Waterproofing Membraneis a two-part liquid applied polyurethane (PU) rubber which cures to form an elastic membrane. Due to its superior elongation, tensile strength and seamless installation, it is considered as an excellent waterproofing material. The finished system is a seamless, flat, colorful and weather resistant layer. Typical applications include roof decks, walls, bathrooms and underground structures.

Dura-Seal^®Cementitious Ceramic Tile Adhesive is a water base polymer emulsion which is designed for use in bonding ceramic tiles to most building materials such as GRC, concrete, steel, wood, gypsum board and specially on partition walls. It is also good for use in resurfacing existing ceramic tiles. Dura-Seal^®Cementitious Ceramic Tile Adhesive is also flexible and has low water absorption to prevent ceramic tiles from falling off or moving.

Dura-Seal^® PU Flooring/Sporting Surface is a resilient flooring rubber composed of two-part polyurethane resin. It is the ideal protection for concrete floor and suitable for sporting surface. Typical applications include tennis courts, basketball courts, running tracks, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, factories, shopping malls, flooring for kindergartens, schools, offices, libraries, hospitals, etc.

Dura-Seal^® PP Synthetic Grass is manufactured from texturized, UV stabilized polypropylene fibers tufted into a polypropylene primary backing, reinforced with a resilient SBR backing. It looks like natural grass but only needs minimal maintenance. It is immediately ready for playing after the rain stopped. Typical applications include tennis courts, running tracks, soccer fields, football fields, etc.
