DESCRIPTION:

Dura-Seal^® FC-301 Waterproofing Top Coat is a one-part, liquid applied material composed of water-based elastic polymer and contain no organic solvent. It also does not require the use of solvent during application which makes it environment friendly. It is suitable for exterior application because of its good weather resistance.

BASIC USES:

Dura-Seal^® FC-301 is used as a protective coating for Dura-Seal^® Elastic Cementitious Waterproofing. It is also suitable for use as an elastic exterior wall coating, wood coating and waterproofing membrane.
